Collin’s Restaurant Singapore
Collin’s Restaurant was initially established by Chef Collin Ho who developed his love for cooking at the mere age of 20. He alone established one of the very first versions of Collin’s Restaurant in a coffee shop in the year 2012. Collin’s branches spreaded across Singapore to 13 different locations at that time. Collin’s progressed slowly but surely and now it not only has its roots in Singapore but also in other countries too. As of this time, in Singapore, Collin’s Restaurant are serving their outlets across 23 locations in Singapore. Today, Collin’s Menu is famous for the inclusion of Crispy chicken, crispy fish, Truffle Mushroom Soup, Grilled Chicken Salad, Beef Lasagna, Seafood and soft drinks etc.
Updated Collin’s Menu [thisMonth] 2022
Just like all the restaurants in Singapore, Collin’s also has to face fierce competition in pulling a large number of consumers. So as a result Collin’s Menu keeps getting updated from time to time to meet the demands of customers. These items include crispy food items, salads, new exciting deals, soft drinks etc. Here are some newly added items in Collin’s menu with their properties and prices:
The King Oyster Mushroom with Truffle Cream Pasta
Price: $20
The King Oyster Mushroom with Truffle Cream Pasta is quite tasty. Portions are big and generous with the ingredients.
Food at Collin’s is nice and affordable. That makes you keep going back again and again. You won’t regret buying it.
Plant-based Meatballs
If you are new to Collin’s then you definitely need to try Collin’s new plant-based menu. My pick is the mushroom truffle cream pasta with vegetarian soy-based meatballs from The Vegetarian Butcher ($16).
You will really enjoy it!! not much truffle taste but if you’re team cream>tomato pasta you’ll like this! There is a huge portion too.The meatballs taste very similar to actual meatballs but there is a very strong cinnamon taste that you would prefer to be dialed down.
1-for-1 @ $32++
The combo for April includes chicken chop, sausage, forest mushroom soup and a choice of premium iced tea.
eat until very full.
full house on a Sat evening even at this lesser-known location (probably because it’s the first weekend under the relaxed measures)
Charcoal Grilled Surume Ika (Whole) | $17
Charcoal grilled flying squid with teriyaki sauce. Chewy squid that is well marinated and grilled with a good sear. Actually very tantalizing on my taste buds and surprised at how delicious this is on its own!
