At Sushi Delivery, we strive to deliver your order to your doorstep within 1 hour.
When placing your order, you will be prompted to select a 1-hour delivery time slot e.g. 13:00 – 14:00, 16:00 – 17:00, etc. There is an ‘Order Notes’ section where you can inform us of anything we might need to know to successfully deliver your order. We’d greatly appreciate it if you can inform us in advance if we might be greeted by barking Labradors, or if your house is the cornermost unit. Or if your doorbell is faulty and we’d have to HOLLER REAL LOUDLY, do let us know too. We welcome any tip to make every delivery successful.
While Waiting on Your Order
If you’re as excited about eating as we are, we know anticipation builds as the 1-hour slot approaches. We also know that not being able to do anything while waiting causes anxiety (we’re not kidding on this). If and when you feel anxiety or stress mounting, we’d highly recommend that you drop us a Whatsapp message at +65 8328 7438 to ask about your order. We’ll give you all the juicy details – whether your food has been dispatched, where your driver is at, your order’s ETA, what your driver is wearing, what we’re wearing, anything you need to know to feel less anxiety. No one needs more stress in their lives.
We’ve invested time and effort into perfecting our delivery operations, and are proud to say we get it right 99.999% of the time. Unfortunately, life’s not all rainbows and unicorns. As much as we’ve done our best to minimise unexpected situations and potential delays, we get the occasional poop like a slap to the face. If we fail to deliver within the 1-hour window, and arrive more than 60 minutes past the time slot, we’d like to offer $10 off your next order with us. We’re deeply apologetic and don’t want you to break up with us just yet. Give us another chance, let us redeem ourselves. Every relationship needs its ups and downs to get stronger, doesn’t it?
But a small note here: The ‘late’ coutdown starts only after the chosen 1 hour slot has passed. Not from the start of the hour-long slot or the time of order. Well, you’ve got to give us a fair chance. In the 0.001% chance we fail to deliver, we take responsibility fair and square.
