Yang Bingyi founder of the Din Tai Fung .it is a Twainsh restaurant famous for Chinese soup. Yang Bingyi start his professional life as a deliveryman at a store named Heng Tai Fung which provides quality cooking oil. But due to some reason this store was closed to survive in life and to support his family he decided to open his own store with help of his wife and in 1958 he opened a cooking oil selling point under the name Din Tai Fung. after some time he decided to sell Xiao long bao buns. These buns become famous and he stopped selling oil and start put concentrating on Xiao long bao buns and some other soup products. Now Dil Tai Fung become more popular and has more than 160 outlets all over the world and more than 20 in Singapore. it is famous because of its quality Soup and Noodles product and because of this quality, it won an award of Michelin in 2010 as a reward for Yang Bingyi’s hard work.
